Freelance Google Ads & Lead Generation Specialist

We are looking for a freelance digital marketing specialist to plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns targeting French-speaking buyers in Belgium for a premium real estate business in Paphos, Cyprus.

The goal is to generate qualified leads from potential buyers interested in purchasing property in Cyprus, whether as a second home, an investment, or a future retirement destination.

Responsibilities:

• Research the Belgian French-speaking market, relevant keywords, and target audiences.

• Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.

• Track campaign performance, conversions, and lead quality.

• Advise on landing pages and the lead-generation process.

The collaboration will initially involve approximately 1–2 days per week, starting with a small test campaign to assess market potential.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Google Ads and lead generation.

• Good understanding of the French-speaking Belgian market.

• Fluent in French and comfortable communicating in English.

• Strong analytical skills and experience with campaign tracking and optimization.

• Experience in real estate, luxury property, investment, or other high-value markets is an advantage.

• Independent, proactive, and results-oriented.

Nous recherchons un·e spécialiste indépendant·e du marketing digital pour concevoir, lancer et optimiser des campagnes Google Ads ciblant les acheteurs francophones en Belgique pour une entreprise immobilière haut de gamme basée à Paphos, à Chypre.

L’objectif est de générer des contacts qualifiés auprès d’acheteurs potentiels intéressés par l’acquisition d’un bien immobilier à Chypre, que ce soit pour une résidence secondaire, un investissement ou un projet de retraite.

Responsabilités

• Analyser le marché belge francophone, les mots-clés pertinents et les audiences cibles.

• Créer, gérer et optimiser les campagnes Google Ads.

• Suivre les performances des campagnes, les conversions et la qualité des leads.

• Conseiller sur la création de landing pages et le processus de génération de leads.

La collaboration débutera à raison d’environ 1 à 2 jours par semaine, avec une première campagne test pour évaluer le potentiel du marché.

Profil recherché

• Expérience confirmée en Google Ads et en génération de leads.

• Bonne connaissance du marché belge francophone.

• Maîtrise du français et bonne capacité de communication en anglais.

• Solides compétences analytiques et expérience en suivi et optimisation des campagnes.

• Une expérience dans l’immobilier, les biens de luxe, l’investissement ou d’autres secteurs à forte valeur ajoutée constitue un atout.

• Autonomie, esprit d’initiative et orientation résultats.
